Erika has been a registered nurse in Arizona since 2014. Her own struggle with hormonal acne in her late 30’s lead her to KLEAR. We are thrilled she joins our team not just as a practitioner, but as a happy client. Her background includes cardiac progressive care, endoscopy and private contract nursing. In 2021 she became a director for Navi Nurses - a private 24/7 concierge nursing care service in Phoenix, AZ. The innovative company earned national recognition and is supported by the American Nurses Foundation.

In 2022, she became a board-certified registered nurse coach with a focus on holistic wellness. Erika believes in a 360 approach for overall healing. She keeps us up to date on the latest research as it pertains to the gut, body, mind and skin connection.

Dr. David Glassman studied molecular biology and cellular biology at The University of Arizona. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in 2002. After completing his residency in 2006 at Banner Good Samaritan in Phoenix, AZ, Dr. Glassman worked in private practice. He then went on to work for Banner Medical Group for over 7 years. While there, he was a physician lead for Banner Medical Group AZ East Division and was part of the core teaching faculty at Banner University Medical Campus Phoenix.

He is currently a gynecological surgeon at Advanced Women’s Care. Throughout his 20 year career, he has devoted his efforts to improving the lives of women and treating complex medical issues. Helping clients achieve optimal health from the inside out continues to be his top priority.

Erin has been a licensed esthetician for 10 years. She focuses on all types of skin and specializes in treating acne. Her own struggle with cystic acne started in high school and was emotionally draining and debilitating. After years of countless doctor appointments and prescription drugs, she finally turned her struggle into her greatest purpose.

Not only does she follow the KLEAR program to keep her own skin clear, but also uses KLEAR products in the treatment room along with a curated selection of mild peels. She has seen well over 1,000 clients and continues to gather feedback based on their wants, needs, progress, suggestions and success along the way.

We value these shared opinions and use the collective data for our product development, new launches and various initiatives. This partnership helps us to build and provide the best customer experience possible.

Dr. Sara Kritzer studied biology and earned her Bachelor of Science from Ohio University. She went on to achieve her medical degree and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center in 2013. Upon graduation, she moved to Chicago where she joined Women’s Health Consulting.

For the past 11 years, she has had the unique privilege of caring for her patients through all stages of life. Guiding and treating them through adolescence, reproductive years and menopause.
